DIN 2353 fittings or connection systems ensure easier assembly and disassembly, allowing for seamless installations thanks to their hermetic seal.
During tightening, the ring deforms, guided by the 24° conical surface of the fitting and, when penetrating the pipe, creates two incisions that ensure absolute tightness.
DIN 2353 fittings are mainly used in the construction of cranes or elevators, in the offshore industry and in heavy agricultural machinery, where faster and safer operations are required instead of welding.

- HERMETIC SEAL: the AR3-FORM® clamping ring guarantees a perfect sealing capacity. The elastomeric gasket fills the space between the pipe and the 24° cone of the fitting during the tightening phase.
- AUTOMATIC CLOSING LIMIT: Contact between the AR3-FORM® ring and the fitting as a result of tightening forces the operator to stop tightening.
- INTERCHANGEABILITY ON ALL CUTTING RINGS: The new AR3-FORM® rings are as interchangeable as all other single- and double-edged clamping rings used on 24° taper fittings.
