Loyalty, competence, resourcefulness. These are the three pillars that guide the search for new Hi-flex Italia employees. The first of the three frames the non-negotiable characteristics that define membership in the organization. The second and third are practical criteria that allow us to be flexible to welcome and enhance the multiplicity of learning contexts that allow the talent to spring.

In assessing abilities we give considerable weight to transversal skills (soft skills) and among these to interpersonal communication in all its aspects because in a service company the ability to build effective relationships is absolutely strategic.

We do not have a preference for specific educational qualifications: we like them all, especially those that end with a good final grade. Regarding the younger candidates, the high school diplomas that facilitate entry into the company are of course those of the Technical and Economic Institutes. We believe that a modern organization needs qualified people from different specializations. With regard to the three-year degrees we consider equally useful the humanistic courses (for example Degree in foreign languages and literature), technical (for example Economics and Commerce) or hybrids (Management engineering).

Resourcefulness, understood as the ability to act autonomously in achieving objectives and the ability to activate high levels of energy in the performance of all daily activities, is a key quality. A remarkable spirit of initiative can be the plot able to connect the most indented career paths. In such a competitive market, a company cannot thrive without people capable of finding the energy to invest in everyday work.
